At PSA Jewels, each product is meticulously handcrafted with care, ensuring a unique touch to every piece. Please note that your purchase might vary slightly from the displayed image on our website, as a testament to the craftsmanship involved.
At PSA JEWELS, we do not accept returns under normal circumstances. However, returns may be accepted only in special cases, including:
- Products that arrive damaged
- Incorrect items received
To request a return under these conditions, customers must notify us within 1 hour of delivery. Proof of damage or discrepancy (images/videos) must be provided for our team to process the return request.
Note: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. PSA JEWELS reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet these criteria.
Kindly reach out to us via email at psajewels4@gmail.com providing your order number and a photograph/video of the damaged item. Please be aware that the shipping cost for the return courier will be your responsibility, while we will cover the shipping expenses for the replacement item.

Cancellations:
If, unfortunately, you need to cancel an order, we kindly request that you do so within 6 hours of placing the order by reaching out to us at psajewels4@gmail.com. Your prompt communication is appreciated, as it allows us to halt the dispatch process, saving on both courier costs and effort.
For orders cancelled before the product has been dispatched, we will promptly credit the full amount (in the case of a pre-paid order) back to the original mode of payment.
